    No, I'm not kidding do you see in registry now is version 9600.winblue_r7.150109-2022 before r6

    That has nothing to do with the ESD versions.

    Ok, but IR6 is from January, then IR7 is from February, except if IR7 release in Mart then next update will be IR8... Correct me if I'm wrong.

    You are wrong, and i doubt there's a way for you to get it :mushy:

    IR5:
    I -> 9th letter = 9th released Windows OS = Windows 8.1
    R -> Release Media
    5 -> 5th release of the media

    9600.winblue_r7 -> a tag for the build lab (OS kernel), where r = revision

    the two thing has nothing to do with each other

    click Download

    check C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log

    The link to the decrypter "esd-decrypter-wimlib-3.7z" in the first post of this thread is an installer that tried to dump all manner of trash on my drive. I haven't had problems with anything else I have downloaded from this site. Are these some soft of false positives?

    make sure the downloaded file is .7z file, not .exe
    if you are using first link, choose Download Now not Download
    or simply use second link

    It never had public ESD files, only retails editions have
