Windows 8.1 x64 link needed

    I did,managed to download 8.1 Pro VL version,but inside are few files and till now i knew that iso file is used for installation,what to do with .dat file and .exe files,and those 2 text files? Should i put them all on bootable dvd for installation?

    Trying to install Win 8.1,but it seems its more complicated than install from .iso file and copy all on cd like with win xp.

    What version did you download? The us-english x64 is in .iso format.

    8.1 Pro VL x64-MultiLang
    In downloaded folder i got .iso file, .dat file, .exe file and 2 text documents
    SW_DVD9_Win_Pro_8.1_64BIT_English_-2_MLF_X19-49879 - ISO file
    ~uTorrentPartFile_22FAC54D9 -DAT file
    SW_DVD9_Win_Pro_8.1_64BIT_Eng_Intl_-2_MLF_X19-49887 -EXE file i guess
    patch-sha1 -Text document
    INFO -Text document

    I dunno what to do with all these files and how to make bootable dvd for installation with these files

    Ok... if you want the US English version, you only need the .iso file.
    If you want the International English version you need to patch the .iso first.

    What version do you want?

    Regular Engl Int version.
    So i just have to open .iso file with Daemon tools and than copy all that files from virtual drive and copy them to bootable dvd?

    Run .exe file in same directory as en-us .iso file.

    I did,got another .iso file,slightly larger than previous one.

    Ok... check the filename and SHA-1 hash.

    Im sorry but i dont understand this step,do i have to do something with those text documents or with new .iso file?

    I went to propertis,did the checksum and it gave me this info

    Ok, if the hash checks out you just made an Windows 8.1 x64 Int. English .iso. ;)

    You don't need the other files anymore...

    Burn the .iso to disc or USB pendrive.

    Install Windows.

    So now i just mount new .iso and burn files from that .iso on a dvd and boot from it. Nice :D
    For KMS after i install,can i just use program ”Windows Vista - 7 - 8 - 8.1 KMS Activator Ultimate 2014 Latest Version” ?

    ...do you have an 4+ GB USB pendrive (USB stick)?

    I dont,i was going to burn it to a dvd,also my Win Xp cant boot from usb i think.

    I will,is that ”Windows Vista - 7 - 8 - 8.1 KMS Activator Ultimate 2014 Latest Version” software fine for use after installation or there is a better one?
