Must commit with Update 1 RAM usage was improved in 8.1. My main machine with 16GB is using 2.5GB with Firefox and WMC running several hours now. Before it were 3.5-4GB minimum in that scenario :g:.

    That's true!

I changed the AMD CPU 1100T 6core to an FX4100 4Core on my office machine and the RAM use is even more down app. 5-10%! I don't use FF or WMC just Chrome, RAdmin, WinSCP, PuTTY and TheBat permanently and the use of RAM is 2.0-2.4GB mainly with an top of 4.2GB on heavy use, hardly above that! On Windows 7 that were never below 5GB!! In Windows 8 min. 3.5GB!

The memory management in Windows 8.1/8.1.1 seems to have improved quite a bit!

this indicates that there is something wrong with your machine. Either a strange hardware incompatibility or pure bad parts involved

this is what doggie mentioned above in terms of that Athlon CPU. Honestly I have no idea if that model meets 8.1 requirements

Its a Destkop pc,i wrote specs, should be good enough for x64 version considering minimum requests.
Could it be problem with burning with Imgburn, i chose write files on disc, chose virtual drive E: to copy files from, choose bootable disc and set sectors to load to 8,extract boot image from virtual drive and set write speed to minimum. If it boots and installs normal than its probably fine burning.. dont have idea what could it be really

    CPU is Athlon 64 6000+ with 3.0ghz

...right, so it is a 'home build pc' ?

Btw, I would not advise windows 8.0. Install windows 7 SP1 instead.
