Does anyone still have a promo code left to pm? I tried getting the code using both fake and real information in various Europe countries, but it keeps asking me for a valid serial number. I do have a legit Windows 7 copy but that particular code does not qualify.. If I can just bypass that screen and use a promo code to purchase the license, I'd just use a MSDN RTM version to install to.

Edit: I can't get the upgrade advisor to properly work. My Windows 7 is English, Professional, x64. The upgrade advisor asks for paypal or credit card, both of which are no options for me. Seems like I can't download another language to fix this issue. Any suggestions?

Edit 2: If this can't be fixed, I won't even be able to obtain the 30 euros version... :s

 

I can't even purchase it as every time I go thru the upgrade assistent at the end it says couldn't finisg processing your order. I tried thepaypal option and the credit card option??? Anyone else experiencing this?

I did a clean install and it activated once installed. But now every now and then it asks me to activated and in system properties under activation it says roduct ID: Not Available. Any ideas?

 

Can anyone recommend a good reliable VPN or proxy server with an Indian IP?
Either free or I don't mind paying if it's cheap enough

I used HMA (Hide My ASS !), to get the cheapest upgrade from India, but then I've got an annual subscription for my wife to use for downloading films. A short subscription is about $11 for a month if that helps you. Whatever you use will need to route all traffic via the VPN, not just the web browser, its the upgrade assistant that has to go through it.
