Windows 8 $14.99 Upgrade Code is Now available

I decided to upgrade two of my windows 7 computers bought this summer (7/7 and 8//12) and after entering the keys it keeps telling me I'm not eligible.

Is this offer still valid? Are others having issues?

Offer still valid, but you need to input your Windows 7 Key from your COA Sticker first to get to the next step.

 

Like I already said, I entered my keys, I made sure and double check the keys while I typed them in and again after typing them all.. I even switched to a different computer with a fresh install of windows and still rejected. This is really weird.

 

If is starter edition you are not eligible.

 

They are both eligible. One is home premium and the other is professional.

I just tried switching to ie as I thought firefox with adblock plus or ghostery may have messed it up, but still says not eligible.

I guess I'll call MS and see what they say.

I think I just found another loop hole in the system to get the upgrade keys!

So what's the loophole?

 

i dont think there will be any loophole about the promo code, it is just like the MAK key, it will connect to the microsoft server to record all the used promo code. To me, the promo code is just random as the the MAK key, unless you are telling me that you have the master key to generate all the promo code...

I've been looking to key a legit Windows 8 PRO key for $14.99 as you guys explained on this thread. So I tried to get a promo key on Windows site windowsupgradeoffer(dot)com but it keep asking me for my Windows 7 key. I use DAZ Loader, that means I don't have a Windows 7 key... I also tried many different PC brand, model, retailer and date of purchase (after July 2) and different browsers - IE, Chrome and Firefox but no luck.
I'm wondering if this method to get a promo key is still working or not. If yes, is there anything else that I could try to make it work?
