I don't think the wmc pack is downloaded as fidler didn't catch anything except for wuredir.cab, and I can't find anything wmc related in SoftwareDistribution. I did have a Win8 dvd inserted, so either it was installed from there or it is already on the harddrive.
I'm probably lagging behind, but lots of *ehome* folders in WinSxS But it doesn't appear in the list from dism /online /get-features.
the WMC files are already included in WinSxS folder. Adding the key only does "upgrade" the Edition to ProfesionalWMC.
Yes, but there has to be some command to enable the feature without the key (which will of course deactivate the system then).
I am getting "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" message when pressing "download" for APPX download URLs. can someone help me? it just suddenly started to do this.
Hi dear kost: How to install (Reckless Racing Ultimate) .appx after download without store(with IDM)? please help.!!!!
Run Windows Powershell, as an administrator. Type add-appxpackage <path of appx>\<appx name>.appx Then run TokensExtrator and search for Reckless Racing and click Crack It! This should do the trick.
Hi all: I try AngryBirds Star Wars from store and then press pause in store then download .appx with (IDM) and then install with powershell with add-appxpackage. after install and then crack with tool then run ............... / But run Only sound and show BLACK page. how to resolve this problem?????????? please help!!!!!
I've read this whole thread, and I'm trying not to be lazy. I just downloaded the files thanks to the message posted before mine. I can get wsservice_crk to install ok, and TokensExtractor works fine for enabling trial->full. What I am confused about is how to acquire any app's installation files apart from the store, and how "re-distributables" differ from whatever is downloaded using the store. Can I find whatever installation file is downloaded through the store from some location on my drive and then install it later (or on another installation) apart from the store method of installation? Another question is where are the installed apps located on the drive? I search the drive (using voidtool's Everything) to find the app files, but the locations seem locked from any sort of file inspection and I can't seem to take ownership of them. I guess what I want to know is how to save a local copy of the installation files for any app, and then how to use those files later?
Installed apps are located in "C:\Windows\Program Files\WindowsApps", but the folder is hidden you just need to enable hidden folder and take ownership of folder then you can access that folder. but you wont able to create redistributable with that files. I already tried to add files to zip and rename to .appx but it didn't work.
