TPB is out of the question for me, as it is block by my ISP here in the UK. I'll have a look into the other 2 tomorrow.
Hi. The first method is too slow for me, so I came up with a hybrid method based on the first method. (Thanks, Mr Jinje.) The following steps show how to do it: Download adksetup.exe from Microsoft website: download.microsoft.com/download/9/9/F/99F5E440-5EB5-4952-9935-B99662C3DF70/adk/adksetup.exe Next, create folder called "Installers" next to adksetup.exe Feed the attached text file to your download manager and have it download every item in it into the Installers folder. This list is sorted by size in ascending order. Total download size is almost 2.5 GB. View attachment Windows ADK download list.zip Update: File list updated
I just can't get adksetup.exe to run on my Win-8-Pro (64-Bit) machine. This logo appears and that's it: h**p://i.imgur.com/Kh8TA.jpg (please replace h**p with http)
Yes, I remember having intentionally left two out but I don't remember the reason. Anyway, I just updated my list.
im not yet done in downloading all the files and i am planning to shutdown my computer. What will happen if i close the script? and if i open the script will it resume the downloads again in the same manner? not affecting the downloaded ones? I notice too that i have 4 download connections and it downloads simultaneously and also it doesn't download the way it should base on the adk_installer.txt. Is this normal? how can i control this? Understand me for this, trying to learn powershell..
The script does not support resume, sorry. Try downloading with a download manager program as I suggested earlier.
oh do not be sorry my friend. its alright now, i did some reading and searching. Then find direct links so i can use a download manager. Only 3 big files left before i finished it. Thanks too.
