On winfuture very disappointed, disappointed to have to pull this into the site a blacklist of my computer!
Just after releasing an article about the Avast CTO being carefree in his interview, Win7China has struck us with some more disappointing news. Initially, Avast CTO Ond?ej Vl?ek had said that they had not received any Windows 8 code yet, however, arrangements were being made for them to receive an early compilation of Windows 8 in the spring. Immediately following, a new report was issued suggesting that we will not be able to get our hands on anything until Windows 8 Beta. This is because Microsoft is following an entirely different and much stricter procedure dealing with the distribution of Windows 8, which includes the following: A form of identity code is attached to every Windows 8 build (known by the public as time-bomb, or a changing security hash unique to the user) Windows 8 can only be accessed by a specific account of the individual user. Futhermore, access is only granted when used in conjunction with a SmartCard. (A SmartCard is similar to the chips found in today’s credit cards) And apparently, only very few people from the Windows 8 development team have access to a full build. These strict measures should not come too much of a shock to the public. It is well-known that Microsoft is expecting Windows 8 to be a game-changer, and new features must be kept secret from the public to prevent the competition from catching on. If this rumor is true, it will be a very long wait for a first peek at Windows 8.
True, we are not peeking at win8, we are running it as of now, 3 builds. Canouna & Co. running at least 7 builds.
Just wait and wait and wait.... until the day that windows 8 build 7971 leaks EDIT: i'am back guys only a another acc... i hated my old UserName... 3ricky114
Can you prove this? If they had a build, they would share it! They want to look special, but are not.
