    Microsoft Virtual PC is working as well. This build took around 5-10 mins to install with only 1gb of ram devoted to it.

    You dont need XP mode just download Step 3 after you choose your OS an Lang.

    Steps to install from Microsoft Virtual PC -
    Install Virtual PC
    Reboot PC
    Create new Virtual Machine
    Before Virtual Machine is started, Right click it an choose "Settings"
    Select DVD Drive - Select the box "Open an ISO image"
    Now start your virtual machine an it should just fire up the iso

    I did all that but after the first part of setup, when it reboots to continue with setup, it keeps blue screening, and wont go any further

    My Win 8 don't want to work with GPO in AD. Have anybody tried to do so? :joystick:

    No, the Buld GUID is no longer being displayed in the Registry, instead it's value is now being displayed on the desktop as part of the build string. However, since 7850 is an early build this change has not be completely implemented yet, hence why it isn't showing on the desktop.

    You're not very experienced with Windows development are you? Early milestone builds are always branded as the previous OS. There are rarely any visible changes, mostly just under the hood changes to the kernel and subsystems. Wait for an M2 or M3 leak.

    The f's seen in buildGUID are in every build. It was not removed by the leaker

    You must install windows 8 build 7850 with date 01-09-2010!!! After install you'll have trail version (without "This copy of Windows is not genuine")!

    here we go:

    START -> ALL PROGRAMS -> ACCESSORIES -> SYSTEM TOOLS -> DISK CLEANUP

    dont use the "free up disk space" link on control panel, it opens the old cleaner.

    i try too use on virtualbox latest installs all ok and... freezes :( waiting for more stable build ,i dont use this in second boot OS thanks for leak anyway :cool:

    Every time when I start the Windows it starts with the aero theme but it's working as a basic.Then I have to change to basic and to choose again Aero if I want to have an aero. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

    Some People Are Stupid, It turned out to be Windows 7 (well yes its still the 6.1 kernel build)
    Windows 8 is meant to be 6.2 (M1 is 6.1)
    Turned out to be 7600 (Because you downloaded a fake torrent!)

    Remember this isn't even beta software, and the build is already almost 7 months old! there will probably be much more serious things to worry about if intending to actually use it as an OS. Its buggy, has a lot of the Windows 8 features missing (even those which are present in newer builds), and if as simple UI bug like that is the worst you come across you are very lucky!
