Yeah watermark is soo good...
I don't understand people that want to remove it

Disable the RPEnabled value in the registry and reboot (or restart explorer.exe).

no one has answered my question on how to install dramscene successfully on windows 8 developer preview and I've tried it all and ran them all as admin it gives the option in the right click menu to play dreamscene and also lets you choose the option on awma file to set as dektop backround, BUT THEY DO NOT PLAY! so either the ones who supposidly hid the watermark by using it are full of BS or I'm missing something as to how to install it my last hope is to try windows 7 toolkit and let that do it for me and see if i get any different results.....

 

You can get rid of the whole thing without hacking anything.

If you use a black wallpaper go into personalize and change the desktop background to a solid white color (solid colors are under picture locations).
This well cause the writing to change to black so it can be seen.

Now go pick you wallpaper you wish to use and right click on it and set it as desktop background.
The writing stays black and can't be seen on the black wallpaper.

You can do the reverse or any combination to hide the writing on the type of wallpaper you use.

 

You still can use night-vision [FONT=&quot]goggles[/FONT] to read them. Lol

 

But you cannot see the icons text too

True but I use rainmeter rather then desktop and i doubt i actually read the writing under the icons in 10 years.

Its another option though if you wish to use it.

Odd My icons still have white writing.

 

Now that's serious geekdom..lol.

 

Does not happen here, icon text always stays white with black shadow while Watermark does change it color to black.

done as said, with the file in Original Watermark folder, and i removes the watermark leaving the last string after date and time....

Am I the only dumb that will be happy have the Microsoft Confidential text?
