    Hi all,

I was intrigued by this nice thread.
I have access to an old Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook S6120D lying around in an office.
I will try to buy new processor, and to replace the original, which is Pentium M 1.6Mhz. With this one, starting the Windows 8 install CD results in an error message, about the PAE incompatibility.
The notebook has 2GB RAM, two pieces of 1GB each: one piece at 400Mhz (PC3200) and one piece at 266Mhz (PC2700).
I will post a feedback. of course.
What I am unsure, is whether BIOS needs a mod or not. It is with the latest possible version (1.26).
Aside of this, the notebook is not able to recognize bigger than 120GB Hard Drive.

Can someone give a hand on the BIOS questions, please ?
I have uploaded here the version of this BIOS (1.26), in three different flavors, (as per the official support site) BUP, ISO and EXE:
    mega.co.nz/#!hEVVjSKA!k5j6o9ZoYdkDAu9yHLWRjjLTFTv1XxOxzpXnv2G8JZI
    (It is a Phoenix make)

I also read the javamocha2000 post, in the D600 CPU upgrade thread, so I shall look for the Intel Pentium M 725A processor, which is stated there to support PAE.

    TNX for support !
