    Today I tried to play with GTA4 and failed to start. A massage show up "wmvcore.dll" is missing. I think this is the guilty file which missing and windows experience index cannot run either.

    Can someone please to upload this file from Windows 8 RTM x64? It is located in System32 folder. I would like to try and fix the problems with.

    I see, but do not you think that one file could solve the problem too? For me Media Feature Pack is unnecessary and if possible I'll try to avoid.

    there a lot of websites that require wmp .having version pro but want to try windows on the go .thanks

    Would installing such a pack break current activation or not (like for the Media Center thing...) ? Thanks !
