Windows 8 for DreamSpark students coming August 25th

So all keys for windows you get from dreamspark are retail except the Windows 7 keys, they are MAK and have 5 activation's.

 

Iv got a dreamspark account, just orderd windows8 x64 pro for €0.00 and 24 months working key. Only problem now it is downloading via 'Secure Download Manager' via a sdx file or something. This takes ages! I was wondering if I can just use the msdn file of win8 with the key I now have. Is this dreamspark file the same as the msdn?

 

of course dude, key will work. And in situations like this, it is not a bad idea to try. I mean what you gotta do is simply insert a key, right! good luck man and congrats on your Dreamspark account.

 

I also had an international free account and they disabled my dreamspark access & I had another free nsbe account made earlier but didnt ask for dreamspark access just to try I requested dreamspark access yesterday & it said your account has been verified as fraudulent lol looks like they learned the lesson the hard way

 

Hey guys is it possible to activate two different computers on same key?

 

Do these keys expire after 2 years? Is that what I am reading correctly? Or are they permanent keys?

Also, can you get in trouble for signing up for this nsbe account with false information?

 

So they just booted us out completly, nothing more will happen ? i hope.

I think they didnt checked the Adresses, i bet it was more they checked the Study-Stuff (Collage, University etc) and if not known there..they deleted your account and marked it as fraudulent.

As said : i hope it stays that way, and nothing more will happen.

I *thought* I did all the membership thing legitimately though , I even put my latest CV in there!

I also got it for my 2 a/c's, just a thought, seems it came out altogether, maybe they didn't make any check, just banned all the recent one's, if a guy was legit, he could appeal with his proofs, then they consider over it.

Yep ,but they don't blacklist Windows keys if You downloaded Windows. So ,no big deal.

 

so even you pay 5$ you'll be blacklisted? or the international ones only:?
