Windows 8 for DreamSpark students coming August 25th

It's keys from both my MSDNAA and MSDN account, and it's only a few of my keys. I have allot. My accounts is old, from the time when you could get 10 keys per product. And I claimed all then, before all the restrictions. On new products I only get two-five keys.

 

Yeah. Kinda missed MSDN, but still from what I have heard some schools have multiple language versions, so they can get more keys than I. (Not that I have currently use for more than 2 keys)

 

I'm always surprised about people complainig about key reactivations. I've installed, formatted and reinstalled my Windows 7 Pro (Dreamspark aquired) about 20 times in the same laptop and I've nerver had any problem at all.

Only when installing an OEM key in a new computer desktop did I have to contact MS and the whole thing was automated and painless!!!

 

Will be genuine with dreamspark key and wrong SHA?

 

Of course genuine, no matter what ISO you use, as long as your dreamspark key isn't leaked

 

hello all.
i have a dreamspark account. i was able to activate my school account. i was wondering how do i get a username and password for the school portal with the windows 8?

 

The username and password is the same one when you registered from the web

 

You need a Dreamspark premium account for access to Windows 8.

 

Of course, when you register to the school/college site, the admin will verify and create one for you, and the username is same when you registrate.
EDIT : Dreamspark won't get Windows 8

 

if the windows isnt active, doesn't allow you to customise your profile, like edite the picture, change the colors, power,..... so really need to be activated to have full feature active

exactly, and i beleive you are not recieveing any updates untill it fully activated
i reformated my pc and i am back to Win7, i don't see why i need to use a OS that i am not allowed to edit and recieve the updates
so i'll wait untill the servers are back online, or we develope a kind of activator

He is basically right dreamspark won't get windows8, dreamspark premium has it

 

Dreamspark and dreamspark premium have different items available. Dreamspark does not offer Win8 and dreamspark premium does.
