I had registered two different NSBE accounts last saturday without knowing that it was the last day before they changed their rules. Yesterday, I requested for two accounts in the Dreamspark page but I still have not heard either from NSBE or from Dreamspark.
I had also registered last Saturday...still did not get any Dreamspark Premium...only invitation to some event from NSBE
you just give them whatever name that you registered with and for the issue you want to test windows 8 for a school project
Got my DreamSpark premium Account today from NSBE.. I have been trying to find out how many keys I'm allowed i have 6 computers in the house can i get keys for them all or what i can't find any info that says how many keys I,m Allowed.. Anyone know?
I registered both an NSBE Jr. account (paid $5) and a free Jr. International account 15.September, and got my DreamSpark account yesterday on the paid account. On the free account I did not get DreamSpark access. So if you pay $5, I'm sure you still get DreamSpark access. At least for a while, to Microsoft stop it.
Your allowed 1 key per Windows edition. Now the Debug version keys also work on the Pro version so I think that gives you at least 4 keys.
You get 4 keys for Windows 8 Pro with the debug versions that also works 100% on normal Win8 Pro. Each key can be activated twice, on two different computers (like laptop + desktop). So you can activate 8 computers with the keys from your DreamSpark Premium account. Remember if you do, you can't reactivate any of you keys if you need to later on.
Just a warning.... Collect and save all your keys. I think they are going thru and disabling all of these accounts. Mine was disabled within the last 2 days. Just sent an email asking why I cant access and now awaiting email back. If you have access better get and save all keys before you loose access to them all. Good thing was that I saved ALL my windows keys, not just 8 but all, even Vista
Free intl. Can someone who got their keys saved try one of them and see if you can use them and activate? Im wondering if they blacklisted these keys as well?
Mine too ,and that happened in last 24 hours. But, I have my keys saved! Vista? Windows 7 and 8 are enough to me! No, NSBE account is still ''Active'' (Collegiate International). My copy of Windows 8 is activated, at least until October 26th. Then we will see are we blacklisted or not. Or, I will try and check Windows 7 I downloaded (and its key) later today.
