    Really? You've just demonstrated how jpeg compression works. There's more information (icons, text, UI etc.) in the Windows 8 shot, so the image quality would naturally be lower. This has nothing to do with the OS or the snipping tool itself.

    it is hoax.

    the person showed no proof it was 8189.

    iso checksums match the x86 WDP iso exactly.

    Was not really uploaded by LZ0

    Most of those aren't used and are there for legacy compatibility reasons. Alot of third party apps actually use the shell icons. Html help is also a legacy feature.

    Does anyone know if it will be possible to dock the start screen on a single monitor (in a multiple monitor setup) and specify where it launches applications? Every multiple monitor review I've seen shows applications only launching on the screen the start menu is on. I'd like to get the 27" dell touch screen when it comes up to run the start screen, but if I have to drag windows over constantly, that will be annoying.
