    There is, it's called group policy.
    This shiny new Start-screen is pretty much totally useless in most Businesses.

    Sorry this made no sense, no idea what you trying to say or how "Germany" is even related to this.

    These are not tabs, i guess you never used Office 2010, it's part of Ribbon (it's kinda useless, it's just text ;P)

    Maybe for all Users who not live in Germany, but for me is not good :D
    In germany this video is blocked, because of the GEMA.

    Explorer in Windows 8 has Ribbon.

    i now that is ribbon but they minimize it that we can `t see it ;) they want to hide features

    I don't think so. The ribbon menue in my Windows 8 is minimized because it is more practical...

    You can report this Video, so it gets unflagged, as Youtubes automated system failed on this video like alot of other videos :)

    Why not permanent?
    I double-clicked once and since then it is minimized...

    Canouna, can you show us more pictures of this new dialogues? On which build are they? Or is it also on build 7989? Is this also a locked feature?
