But what if MS makes this 10 into a long period by delaying WCP launch?

 

I'm not very documented but did Microsoft ever delay a release?

 

I have never heard about such delaying. And WCP is so close to its final goal.

 

I agree, there will be no delay.

 

Guys, I been on Google Chrome as my primary browser since Sept 14th of last year. and the OS since August. On it now. and is stable enough. It's doesn't suffer operator errors though

They may launch another update to put WDP with same funcionalities that WCP has.Just a guess

 

I think there is too much changes just to make an update. They will release the CP like they previously did for the betas; normal thing because it is actually a beta.

 

MS will release the Consumer Preview as scheduled. I assure you.

 

The 5+ year dev cycle known as Longhorn comes to mind lol. But as far as a date certain release, I can't think of any.

 

MS never gave any release date during the whole longhorn dev. So no release delayed loll

 

I think we are too close to delay it...I think you should care more if win8 will be sold better than Vista,cause from what I see...

 

Why would they delay it? They are in times.

 

10 more days, can't wait to replace Windows 7 with CP!

 

Cant't wait to replace DP with CP! The PC that I build for my gradfather now (with DP) starts in 12 seconds. The OS on a SSD takes only two. Maybe CP will start in only one .

 

i wont do that only if its a test rig

 

Those are only candidate builds... Maybe the final build has yet to be chosen ?
