maybe this is a stupid question, but... in the screenshots i noticed that the desktop was a watermark???? if this is the rtm version why???

 

im guessing, it shows this until its activated?

 

It can be enabled, mainly to show its build 9200 in the screenshots, but it can be faked anyway

 

Since you log into windows 8 with a ms account, is this gonna get us in trouble?

 

Without activating it doesn't allow you to personalize Metro background and your account picture. It seems the only thing that I could found that it's locked... why MS... why?

Have anyone updated to this version from their W8 Release Preview? Is it best to clean install this or is it OK to update it?

 

Clean installs are ALWAYS best in ANY situation.

 

whats the deal with using msft account to sign into this?

 

I'm getting really mix answers for this version. Can anyone confirm if there is a 30 Days Grace Period for this version? Anything about Activation?

You're want to reinstall it without using MS account sign in. You're better off creating an offline login.

Ok, I guessed I won't be installing this version at the moment because no ACTIVATION means limited functionality. Will wait.

 

True, but limited functionality means you can't change the background or color scheme. Not a big deal.

 

So are these 2 functions are the only thing that's not working.
