I just checked and Win Toolkit is only showing .msu files. KB931125 is an .exe, as are seven other files and they're not shown either. A couple of the folders have .txt files that aren't being shown, and one has a .msi file that you're not seeing. Win Toolkit should be updated to show the other file types. I checked and can confirm that Alphawaves' Windows Hotfix Downloader does show everything, by the way.
I'm not sure what's going on with the creator of WinToolKit, but he seems to have stopped working on it about 2 months ago, saying he has no internet connection, but living in England in this day and age, that's probably just an excuse. If I lose my fibre connection, then I use my iPhone, it's not rocket science. He promises that he is still working on the Toolkit. I guess we have to wait and see.
Added an x86 update for the User State Migration Tool. It updates migapp.xml (for install media). Repo updated 2013/05/18 Added: KB2846838-x86 (Additional/Integrate to installation media) ------------ Stimpy88: yeah, hopefully he'll update his program soon. In the meantime, use Alphawaves' Windows Hotfix Downloader to see all the updates.
Usually, rootsupd is meant for XP, as Vista+ keep themselves updated. rootsupd is normally installed (together with rvkroots - KB2728973) on these system if the automatic mechanism failed.
Why here in Windows download integrator has 120 or more updates (KB)Windows 8 64-bit by mcrip, and when I go to download by Windows update in only has 50 or 54 updates without the netframeworks? thanks
McRip's repo includes such hotfixes which aren't available as public. You can request & get them from MS.
