I did notice that some of the icons were different in Outlook. I just thought they were updated. I didn't realize they were messed up. But I don't pay much attention to the icon graphics. I just look at the text description under the icons and that hasn't changed. If KB2752084 does cause icon problems, then there'll probably be a new version of it released soon.
First, this is the hotfix thread. Second, simply wait a week and download the preview from Microsoft very smoothly and legally
I have a question. In Repo KB2839229-x86 Ntoskrnl.exe 6.2.9200.16604/6.2.9200.20708 KB2846833-x86/x64 Ntoskrnl.exe 6.2.9200.16603/6.2.9200.20707 Q: Does it seem to you that KB2839229-x86 supersedes KB2846833-x86? Or I'm missing something?
Repo Updated Thanks to McRip for finding this one. It updates windows-e..storage-classdriver (EhStorClass.sys) to .20711 (or .16607 GDR) from RTM ver. Added: KB2848061
i has some problem for my WU_Satisfy, in the windows update has show KB2756872 , KB2770917 , KB2779768 , KB2845533 , when i install it in manual complete also show in windows update some like it can't install with manual .... when i install in windows update , that wont show it , has any stuff has this problem ?? or have any solution solve this problem ?
Some things to consider: if you double click the .msu update to install it, most likely the GDR version will be installed unless a previous hotfix (not Windowsupdate released) updated the same files if you force install the LDR version of the update (if present), you cannot use the .msu to install the update as it is already installed (but the GDR remains not installed), but you can manually install the GDR version if you use Windowsupdate to install the GDR component of the update, it will work and no longer show, but it won't be functional (the force installed LDR component will be) the installed update requirements for Windowsupdate can vary from system to system, it all depends on whether WU required updates have been installed previously, before the installation of a superseding hotfix (assuming all files are replaced with newer version) Basically, what you listed isn't an issue per se, it's just an annoyance of how WU updates work.
