    That does not necessary reflect actual applicability
    check update.mum

    SSU KB5065767 says "Windows 8.1 Server;Windows 8.1 WinPE", but it install fine on Windows 8.1 Client

    I'm not sure what you mean?
    IE11 cannot be installed officially to Client without hack on NT6.2 and Embedded packages are removed.
    WinPE also removed

    Well, in that case

    i justed wanted to point that update.mum (and other packages) applicability is what matter, not what pkgProperties.txt says

    When integrating into fresh Server 2012 .ISO , only May 2025 SSU (or later) and June 2025 LCU (or later) is sufficient now?
    It also works for boot.wim ? No need to use offline-modded KB2771431 and KB3003729 anymore?
