    What do you mean by "completely legal?" Anything wrong with "partly legal" or "mostly illegal?"

    Would guess, he (and a lot of others) aren't aware the normal 'Windows 8/8.1" Iso will fit their needs, as it holds Pro and Core. The Repositories here will offer all needed :D.

    Main problem by many Newbies is: they are just don't know how to search and than read the relevant infos or they're just to lazy to do them own work because there many others members of this forum who will just do that for them!

    Looking up an repository seems to be also to much!

    The only completely legal versions of Windows that you can download are those which you purchase and have download rights.
    You should have received a download iso option from the company which you purchased your key.
    If you got your Windows through an OEM system builder such as DELL or Toshiba, etc, you were never authorized to download any version of Windows.
    Those systems use built-in reset images rather than supply discs.
