Maybe 7 days of reactivation interval which automatically attempt connecting to KMS Server to reactive, then you need some registry changes
Yeah sorry I thought it was 7 days to activate if you can't activate via KMS how long before it craps out ? 30 days ?
Hopefully after today once the MSDN downloads are available we might see new servers coming up due to the availability of KMS host keys for the servers to run Win 8 activations. Moving forward a KMS server activation will be the only apt method of activating pirated copies of Win 8 (which is very similar to how Office 2010 activation works today) due to OA 3.0.
Cmon people. Learn to read, it is all in the first post. Kms is activated for 180 days. Don't confuse this with the built in reactivation interval. I suggest reading and learning how kms works, then you will better understand this whole process.
you cant activate via KMS tho as there is no server to do so, If make ghost image and restore it on the 29th day will it check for the original date Windows 8 was installed ?
What about setting the date 30 days forward in the bios before installation live with it being a month wrong and reset it when you restore the image
I've had an activation script running all night which has kept trying to activate for 10 hours (incase the servers come back for a minute) with no success.
I admire your resolve but don't you think M$ already thought of these sort of tricks. Btw the 30 days you are referring to, what is this.
