Thanks for the response Tito. I ran your downgrader, and then inserted the original disc, but once it starts my only options for "Choose what to keep" are "Keep personal files only" -or- "Nothing." It doesn't seem like I'm able to upgrade properly and keep all my currently installed programs/settings etc. I've tried both booting straight to the disc, and from within Windows itself. Am I doing something wrong?

negativ, slmgr -skms win8kms4.mooo.com still up and running fine. -----edu.cn is down since quite while and I cannot imagine, that cune has activated against it

enterprise does not need any key for KMS as it is automatically installed during setup. You only need to activate against a KMS server which is mentioned above.
The step by step instructions are in the original post, if you follow them properly - you'll activate using the currently active server. If you're having problems getting activated,then it's a problem on your end,because the instructions are correct AND the server's UP... To be honest,I've never done a time-sync prior to activating a computer,so I'm unsure if this isn't just a placebo
