Meanwhile all re-booted and all are fine here. Only issue was the last one had to wait as the download was very slow because of a big traffic now. All machines running perfect and all are still activated. Purchased keys and KMS have no issues as of today
I haven't got any problems either after installing the update (and I'm running it on one of my computers, not virtualized).
If there were any activation-related problems with that update, they should appear in a vm too, i guess.
Yes I would guess that also. I checked it on my sons laptop and all is good. It is running the same ver of Windows 8 as on my server. No up date for me though. Only for IE 10. flash player.
flash player was updated earlier today. The big one came this evening (Europe) size about 160-170MB depending of architecture. You haven't received it as this is proof, that KMS is not de-activated by update?
Still no update. Ran activation on my sons laptop after update and everything is still good. So the update does not deactivate, does not effect KMS activation because it activated off my server. So I guess all is good, but I would like to know what is in the that update and why I am not seeing it on my machine or on the server.
Simply go to Windows Update at the system property page and let it search. It takes quite a while now as the traffic is high. It'll find your updates as well as it does for the all of us.
this is funny as there was no silverlight today. I would say, you let it run again and later, we talk about KMS server
If I may ask, what is your relationship with Microsoft? I have no idea what is the difference between a MAK key and a CSVLK key, and from what I understand, they are needed to power these KMS servers, but how did you get them? If it's information that can not be shared, then I understand.
