The problem is that my server is running on a Intel Core 2 E7200 that does not support Virtualization :(

The activation files posted in this forum are for Windows 7 pro and Windows 8 pro. So right now, for us, it can only be done of these 2 versions. Of course it can be done on Windows server, but you have to use a valid KMS key. The key that was used for our way has been used to many times hence the activation files to get it activated.

Yeah use Hyper-V and make a VM

EDIT: NVM didn't see that your CPU doesn't support VT-x. Only other thing you could try is VMWare, pretty sure it can still run 32 bit VM's without VT-x support, they'd just be slower obviously.

Those who are using windows 8 as KMS host & still not managed to attain count of 25. Backup you activation with Advanced Tokens Manager v3.5 & replace data.dat file with attached file & Replace "Data CRC:" in Config.ini file to 93681A8C.
Then restore activation & this will up you count.
Tested it on 3 different installations on vmware & working. May take longer but works.

Reading your post i assume you installed Windows 8, installed key and activated online? right?
What is your uuid.bios value? What about tokens.dat? (only posted Windows 8 tokens.dat and data.dat i have seen are for VirtualBox)

Nope, not without activating online using /ato which is no longer possible with the leaked key
Maybe rrohela has done this for VMWare when this was still possible? If so he might be able to share and supply required information and file

My understanding is that data.dat shared by rrohela belongs to the Win 8 activation backup created by Advanced Tokens Manager.

Advanced Tokens Manager creates a Windows Activation Backup folder containing:
    config.ini
    data.dat
    tokens.dat

You replace the data.dat with the one shared by rrohela and make the edit to the config.ini file, then use Advanced Tokens Manager to restore those files (that backup). That's my understanding of it anyway...

But without tokens.dat from the same Windows 8 VMWare installation the data.dat can't be restored to a activated Windows 8 system, and therefor is useless in my opinion...or am i missing something?

I am pretty sure he was talking about the KMS Client VM to fake the Activation Count. Could be wrong it was a bit confusing.
