How exactly do you plan to run a KMS server without the/a Windows 8 Host Key?

The host key is the key that the host uses to activate itself against MS - after that the host can activate clients without contacting MS. So you will need a working host key and im sure you do not have one.

lets make a batch with 1.1.1.1 to 255.255.255.255 ips and possible all ports start scanning. I am sure someone will get hit

This would be a TERRIBLE idea. Considering there are extremely private ranges for multiple governments that you don't know. Yeah, while we are at it lets just put a big red sign that says we are doing mischievous activity.... Right, that sounds like a GREAT idea.

 

I have manage to install and Activate Windows 8 Enterprise with my MAK key and of course tested with KMS too it works fine.

 

well ..I think and hope too that governments ips are well protected a simple port scan wont harm their pc what u say

MAK is Multiple Activation Key.
