Thank you for this helpful post. You have contributed a lot, and everyone here has learned something.
Don't be a dick. You could've easily explained what it was and yet simply made fun of him for not knowing something that isn't general knowledge.
You know we're in a highly advanced forum talking about advanced stuff. I thought anyone here had this common knowledge. I wasn't trying being a dick so you can cut it out. And seriously if he really wanted to know he could have Googled it like the rest of the human population. If he can post here he can use the magical tool called Google just fine.
Hi guys, newcomers here...I have some problem, yesterday I activated my Windows 8 Pro x86 through KMS when they are online, it shows that the windows is activated, but today when I starts to install some drivers for my laptop, the Windows become not activated again, anyone knows why?? Thanks in advance
People come to a forum to seek knowledge. You had the time to make fun of him and post the image (which probably took some time to locate the URL I imagine), but you didn't have the time to simply type out what MAK meant... makes total sense.
Forums are places for discussion and question/answering. If it weren't for forums like this, half of the google results about "what is a MAK key" wouldn't show up anyway, so your argument is redundant. If people ask a question, posting a crap-tier meme isn't going to help anyone. Also MDL is not a "highly advanced forum", it's no more advanced than any other forum on the web.
I saw somewhere that system restore doesn't restore activation, you need to re-activate as activation depends to MAC adress I think. One of drivers maybe was network card driver.
I think I found the problem here, it do become not activated after I install the network card driver, thanks so much!! luckily I had back up the activation file, going to reinstall again, thank you very much
