i have posted this many times: that "core" key is for server 2013. remember win8 will accept it since server 2013 share the same xrm-ms file so the key will validate on install but will NOT activate on win8.
The MS list is confusing because it has irrelevant entries. There is no such thing as "Windows Server 2012 Core"; the only two Server Core editions are "Standard Core" and "Datacenter Core", and they use the same keys as the non-Core editions.
I found the activator and tested. The result of the images. Please tell me if this is the activation of Windows 8 Pro. View attachment 18559 View attachment 18560
FYI, querying WMI doesn't need admin rights. Also, an updated version of the command (that also shows the license channel): Code: wmic path SoftwareLicensingProduct where LicenseStatus=1 get Name,Description /format:value
Hello, I will buy Windows 8 Pro OEM and I will activate it. When I will activate it once, It will go activate it on other PC? I know, that isn't legal, but my question is " It will go activate it on other PC?"
