Yes, my ports are open in router, firewall closed, but nevertheless NOGO I'll switch to port :80 and try again
@Mr Been Tried both ports and still a nogo on my end. Error 0xC004F074. 85.93.195.183:80 or 1688. I tried both 7 pro and 8 pro.
Definitely not a legitimate KMS host because all I'm getting with that server is 0x8007000D, same as with any of the KMS emulators. Maybe it works on Windows 7, but Office 2013 on Windows 8 uses Windows' SPP, which currently doesn't work with any KMS emulator. Legitimate KMS hosts become available to VL customers on November 6.
According to the replies, some were successful and some failed, anyway, the KMS server is down atm. No attachment option in PM, file attached here.
@Mr Been What is your time zone? Mine is Mountain time usa. It states this error may be caused by a time difference of 4 hrs or more. I will reset my vm to a closer time zone if that will help you. Sorry just had to look at your location. I will try it and let you know. Ok I reset my time on my vm and still get the same error. Tried both ports.
My timezone is UTC+01:00 Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome and I'm offline now with the KMS-SERVER but my problem is : I can't forward port 1688 with my router "USR_Router(848000A_8000-03)" On my router I select "Virtual Server" then under *Service port" I enter 1688, and under "Server IP" the IP address of my client-PC 192.168.123.100 which hosts the KMS-Server. Enable. Reboot router .... But NOGO , NOGO , NOGO. Port is always closed THIS IS THE END..........
NO fear....no fear.... i have a USR 9108 and i tell you there is no problem to resolve.... 1° use the option NO FIREWALL for the OS public and private 2° on the USR use the option DMZ...and use for your LAn a static IP 3° after that settage your router and your LAn can to be used for an new installation of S.O....when you set the kms and relative ip port no there problem to resolve....
ent is available only in vl mode... so using kms mode not possible for permanent activation... if u ask about MAK keys... I don't know about its period

Is it really going to be this easy now and in the future to activate a Win 8 Enterprise installation by using a public or educational authority KMS server like the one above.. I just tried it and it activates without any problem Doesn't this make a mockery of the whole M$ activation.. or are these loopholes going to be closed and resurface like a cat and mouse??
It looks like same situation with flies: you hit them all (you think you did) and more come up the next day
So somebody had a backup of his flies and stored them in a safe location (maybe on a stick)? I always have my most important flies with me, also on a stick.
