    I am NOOB... but can tell you, u need a host key which is not in public domain. so...in short...it wont work for now !!

    I'm not disagreeing with that. But that wasn't what I was saying.
    I was saying that being a dick isn't necessary either. If he said "google it" that would've been fine, but he didn't even say that, he just humiliated him by making him out to be some sort of idiot for not knowing what a MAK key is.

    Then you will learn something and you will notice the dozens of lazy people that are turning this useful thread into a nightmare.

    The newbies really need to take the time to read. This is getting beyond ridiculous.
    1. The known win8 kms servers are down.
    2. You need a genuine kms win 8 key to run a kms server.
    3. Please read and learn.
