If you're discussing moral legitimacy, I have nothing to say. But if you're talking about the chances of MS suddenly de-activating your copy on finding out it's illegitimacy, - highly unlikely. That will entail mass deactivations of numerous 'Legitimately Purchased' copies that have also been activated through the same servers on the very same days, for whom, MS is actually laying out this 'Free upgrade' offer

Win8 & Office 2013 Activated FROM Virtual Machine TO Real PC - Is it Possible? Hi all I have win8 & office 2013 activated and installed in VMware Player. I would like to know if I backup their activations (already done that), could I have both activated in real PC? Does Anyone have done that? Thanks for any reply!
Not that I'm trying to be negative with two-in-a-row, but no it is not possible to move activations like that (to a physical computer).
Another hacktivator no doubt this thread is about KMS activation and MDL dont condone the promotion of such hacks here, it is not allowed
If you take the time to read this thread and others here at MDL you will see that promoting any sort of activator or crack that hasn't been tested and approved by MDL is simply not welcome and not allowed
