    I'll put my Windows 8 KMS server back up for another day or six for you guys as well...have at it. REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR TIME ZONE SETTINGS.

    I'm still working on moving my KMS activation setup over to my Windows Home Server 2011 box, but as soon as I do I'll probably leave it running indefinitely - only I'll assign a static address to it such as something from DynDNS.

    ooopsss... I'm under a vpn, is that a problem?

    EDIT:
    Here is what i've done.
    1. Changed kms micro lport to 443
    2. Opened tcp 443 port in firewall
    3. Started the no ip cilent
    is there anything wrong? the ip is my vpn ip

    AFAIK you have to open port on your vpn.

    Earlier i use to wait for KMS server to be online and activate as soon as its available.Now its rainy season of KMS servers.
