Thanks for confirmation. @phannolee maybe another guy that destroyed the files and dlls of activation for have used the KJ activator?
Greetings, I just wanted to thank all involved with this thread. I have read most of it and felt comfortable enuf to install Win8 Pro VL on my real (not virtual) machine. I've experimented with the KMSmicro (with VMWare) and got it working perfectly, thanks to all contributors. I was surprised at how easy it was to install Win8 on my old Dell (about 4 - 5 years old), and even got it to multi-boot with Win7 and absolutely no problems. You guys sure know your stuff, and I have learned a lot over the past few weeks...especially from this thread. I'm going to be lurking around here often.
Just the one question, boys. The WMC upgrade key E-Mailed by MS - can it re-activate a re-installation on the same PC? I've installed/uninstalled and tested so much over the last few days, that I think I'll be better off with a fresh new install It is up at least. Just pinged a few minutes back Down
I just installed Windows 8 Enterprise x64 and I have tried more than 50 KMS servers posted in this thread but with no success. I get this message: Error: 0xC004F074 The Software Licensing Service reported that the computer could not be activated. No key management service (KMS) could be contacted... All the servers are down? or the problem is on my side? BTW, I have the correct Time Zone set. I'd appreciate it if someone would provide me with a working KMS server. Thanks in advance
This one is working, be sure to sync your computer with internet time. slmgr -skms win8kms4.mooo.com slmgr -ato
Nice - for the blind.... Would be more interested in CSVLK and tokens for a self-built machine hosting this KMS too .
