Well, I installed it on a second test system, so I had to check which W8 version was currently on it I was testing my new all-in-one (with 32 and 64bit images VL/RetailProWMC, also images with pre-injected keys, etc.), so it was kind of a "coincedence" that a retail version was on the testsystem). So I could easily install the VL edition of Windows 8 on it. But still, Office VL on Pro retail does work, do you think it would have any further concequences?
I first activated Windows 8 using KMS and then upgraded it to PRO-WMC with the free WMC key emailed by Microsoft to me. After restart, the watermarks are back again..then i simply activated it over the internet...Everything was fine.
I can't confirm... but be careful before applying MS updates for product.. So your window is retail & that is why that message for office.. Need not to worry.. as MS is not stooping & just showing one message... Who cares
Just after I checked which version was on my testsystem, it started downloading updates (W8ProWMC-Freekey, with Office2013VL) and installed them. Now on reboot it wants to autorun Explorer (don't know why), but it can't because I turned off UAC on that testPC. Still, I didn't expect this to happen, I'll have to check back if everything else still works OK (including Office 2013VL). If not, it's byebye to ProWMC, and back to Enterprise.... Thanks for the tips until now! [Edit: Everything's fine, the Explorer autorun was just for the stupid "Browser selection" screen]
zwaan123.mooo.com is open for activating windows 8 pro and enterprise vl office 2010 and 2013 vl (run in command prompt as admin) windows 8: slmgr /skms zwaan123.mooo.com slmgr /ato office 2013 64 bit: cd /D "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office15" cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:zwaan123.mooo.com cscript ospp.vbs /act office 2013 32 bit: cd /D "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office15" cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:zwaan123.mooo.com cscript ospp.vbs /act office 2010 64 bit: cd /D "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office14" cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:zwaan123.mooo.com cscript ospp.vbs /act office 2010 32 bit: cd /D "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office14" cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:zwaan123.mooo.com cscript ospp.vbs /act
Did you try activating again kms.cc.columbia.edu is working atm. Normally office 2013 activation doesn´t harm the windows activation. Never happend to me so far.
I've tried most of the servers on the last few pages but every time i get "No Office KMS licenses were found on the system." Any idea what i'm doing wrong? (office 2013 on win8)
I wish you a merry x-mas with all that crap lalala .... ROFL Please avoid to ask us here how to solve your problems
Normally means you installed Retail-Version. Check with: Code: cd "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office15" cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus For office x86 on Win x64: Code: cd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office15" cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
Sorry, I usually just read through the forum posts looking for solutions but this just befuddled me. When I try to activate through cmd slmgr-ato its still giving me the same error still.
