What kind of VPN is it? Do you get a directly reachable IP address or is NAT involved? NAT means your VPN endpoint would have to do a portforward of 1688/tcp to your client. NAT also means you can't just reach a virtual network since this would require setting a route on the endpoint. Things like this can become overly complex really fast if you don't design your network properly.
Maybe a stupid question but once you got windows activated by a kms will office be automaticly activated by the same kms server or do i need a command ?
Code: jbiz1.no-ip.org works here for Office 2013. Or even choose your own host from first link in my signature .
Just using it for testing, windows 8 got activated . Funny to see i don't need a microsoft server to activate a copy.
So to activate office 2013 it will go automatic now because i used that host ?, also will it do harm to change the hosts ip to my local ip ? will windows still be activated ?
Nope, you will have to use right GVLK (Client-Key), commands in an elevated CMD and the same host. Link to commands i provided in previous post of me . If you take a look into my sticky thread (first link in signature) you can find activation scripts, that should do the job, with a little help by you .
Sorry i already checked and i didn't had to do anything, even office 2013 got activated cd "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office15" cscript ospp.vbs /act
Still no response for Office 15 here. Windows activation is working. Did you test activating Office 15 against the host from inside your LAN?
No i havent . Im going to try to fix some things. Ill put it back online in a while. Hopefully everything is working fine after im done with it
