    If you failed activating, then probably :
    - Using Retail version instead of Volume
    - You EVER use any hacktivator
    - Wrong procedure while setting kms site
    - The kms site is offline [even it's pingable]

    I write slmgr.vbs /dlv to my kms host and it says that it is online. Office 2010 and office 2013 both licensed !!!!

    If it works for some, it's ok. Don't care about the rest. They probably f**ked up their time settings.
