i did that but whey i try to activate with a kms it says no key management service could be contacted. tryed many kms servers and still the same and i think its because of the time server.
is your time zone adjusted to your local place. If so, try the syncing several times as sometimes it fails at first attempt. same with activating against a server. We had many issues with having to do it more than 5 times and suddenly it made bingo
guys..for 2 hole days i've tryed to sync the damn time, stoped/ restarted time server, tryed different servers , i did all of that ..i live in romania so i set the region to romania and then time zone to utc +2 set to bucharest and set day and time mannualy ....didnt had this problem with win7 and i dont want to reinstall win8 again. is there any activators that use a patching sistem ? the ones with kms dont work, gives me same error code.

The issue might be with corrupt system files. Run an SFC scan. ■Open command prompt(with admin rights). ■Type sfc /scannow
yeah i allready scan it multiple times , no errors , i still think its because of the time server , searched on google on the error and syncing time works but that wont work on me
