guys..for 2 hole days i've tryed to sync the damn time, stoped/ restarted time server, tryed different servers , i did all of that ..i live in romania so i set the region to romania and then time zone to utc +2 set to bucharest and set day and time mannualy ....didnt had this problem with win7 and i dont want to reinstall win8 again. is there any activators that use a patching sistem ? the ones with kms dont work, gives me same error code.

only windows firewall, i disable it ,used 91.149.135.83 , same error

 

The issue might be with corrupt system files. Run an SFC scan.
■Open command prompt(with admin rights).
■Type sfc /scannow

 

yeah i allready scan it multiple times , no errors , i still think its because of the time server , searched on google on the error and syncing time works but that wont work on me

No, your time is within a range of 4 hours which is the maximum range to get activated.

Just upgrade with WMC key to get permanent activation

yeah GVLK key is installed.
Just one little tip, how to sync the time ? I think that's why its not working on server 2012.
I use QEMU to sync the time, but I don't know with time I should input.
I'm in France, so my time is CET (central eurepean time). How can I found out which time zone is the KMS server (lunar21.no.ip.org)
I used the KMS (activation Helper v1.5) on other's PC for office 2013, and I had no problem.

That's why I suggested he run a diagnosis of his Internet connection. My comment drowned apparently.

 

he's having the same issue i had yesterday. Exact same error message and everything, I ran the KMS ELDI program, restarted the software protection program after deleting the systen32\SPP directory, ran the scannow program and everything. Same message
