Windows 8 KMS Activation

    I just folowed this manual step by step with fresh unused wmc key and it didn't worked. What could be the problem?

    That one.

    I installed win 8 pro with key provided in manual,upgraded to win 8 pro wmc with wmc key also provided in manual, replaced data.dat file and then in comand prompt used my fresh wmc key and apply. After restart still not activated.

    hi all I have a question,

    today i decided to try virtualization with windows 8
    So i install all hyper-v function and install without any probleme windows 8 entreprise to try windows to go.

    when virtual win8 entreprise start for the first time (using hyper-v) i would like to activate it.
    but i received a error message like this


    windows script host error 0x80072EE7 on a computer executing a microsoft non core edition
    type slui.exe 0x2a 020072EE7
    can some one help me to resolve this please.

    slui.exe 0x2a 020072EE7 will give you response: Server could not be reached.

    How are you trying to activate it and as S A S said it is the can not contact server error.

    You already got your answer in the other Thread you started where you posted this question.

    You now have to have a VPN account to access their KMS server.

    I activated Win 8 Pro with a KMS server and was activated with the 180 day crapola thing. I then installed the WMC with a bogus serial that a tutorial posted and it installed. After reboot was not activated so next step said to replace this dat key of theirs into C:/windows/system32/spp folder and then use the slmgr -ipk and my new WMV key I got for free from Microsoft. I rebooted and guess what...not activated. Why didn't this work and what can I do now to activate? It now has Win 8 Pro WMC but not activated with a good MS key. Thanks.
