    ok I fixed it after to downgrade back to Pro edition (google is your friend).

    just installed win8 ent x64 but cannot find a working kms :( anyone got a working one?

    AFAIK, retail Enterprise edition cannot be activated against KMS, right?

    There is nothing like retail Enterprise edition. Seems that you are confusing it with Eval.

    Yep that's mine... running CODYQX4's KMS emulator with random server PID generation on. I'll try to keep it up and running for as long as possible.
