Sorry if this is the wrong forum, to post this follow up question, but while building out my 2012R2 Hyper-v test lab, I found that you can use AVMA to activate my 2012R2 guests. Is there any privacy concerns with using AVMA for activation? instead of installing the KMSServerService on the host?
Are there anymore working KMS online servers for Windows 8.1 Update 1? whwebsolution.no-ip.org is not working anymore.
I am not sure whether that was an answer or a mockery of my question. If it was an answer, it's clearly vague.
Does MTK 2.5.1 activate Windows 8.1 with Update? A=Yes it does. Anyway, if you have any trouble with it you can pick one of various nice KMS solutions in my signature.
I have OCD and I don't want any additional .exe, firewall settings changed, or have an .exe run up on every startup.. 3 line command activation is what i like, though there doesn't seem to be any servers out there
Only a 1 time thing every 6 months so not really. But usually I could find a server on MDL all the time up until a few days ago.
