    theoretically yes but in praxis you probably won't find an open one since MTK is doing a perfect job;)

    Where can I download the win 8.1 sp1 update, so i can save it to my external hard drive and not have to download it every time i reinstall windows? Can i download all updates like this somehow so i have them on hand?

    Can anyone say me a working online kms host or an activator witch not install anything to os (not writes anything to registry or disk) ?
    I don't like the idea the activator run all the time to background i want to run once every 6 months so please exists a "clean" activator or better an online kms ?

    I would be simper if kms server emulator runs with user rights
    and with admin rights execute
    slmgr -skms localhost
    slmgr -ato

    Exists a standalone kms server that runs with user rights ?
