Thanks guys finally got it. Used all the instructions above set the DNS. Didn't work at first so used tunnelbroker Set up the tunnel and set the firewall rule. Tried again and beyond my expections it worked. Tried the Go Go thing. But it said it wasn't compatiable with my current windows which was a big deal.
I was able to activate by: Downloaded gogo and tried it but said it needed .NET Framework 2.0 (oh well) Changed dns IPv4 to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 slmgr /skms benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net slmgr /ato . SUCCESS! ...but then none of the start page apps were working. They each crashed when I tried to use them. . So I reinstalled Windows 8 and now that same technique no longer works. Anyone know what's happening?
tried everything, gogo client is working fine, but always get windows activation error oxc004f074, I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise N
Can't do it... Installed GogoClient, the bender server pings, but still get 0xC004F074 when trying to activate.
I highly advise those who are using Windows 8 Pro x64 to do the gogo6 method but I will leave that up to you all. Yes you will get a pop saying something like "OS not supported" but to use the app you will need to set compatibility for Win 7 and Run as Admin and app will work. Follow instructions and happy activating
Gogo6 worked here, but I wanted to see about teredo, too, for the future, but nothing I try with it allows me to ping the KMS server or pass test.ipv6.com, two things presumably I should be able to do. I've always shown an IPv6 IP with ipconfig /all. Here's what I've tried based on past posts: 1) Enable UPNP (temporarily) on the router 2) Set appropriate DNS for both Ipv4 and Ipv6 3) Run "netsh interface ipv6 set teredo enterpriseclient" That one's interesting, since the default is "client," and based on "netsh interface ipv6 show teredo" it shows that it's in a "qualified" (i.e. working) state already, so I'm not sure why/if the command is needed but I did it anyway. Am I missing something?
