Try update "internet time (time.windows)" first - right click clock in system tray, may need to reboot. Paulsen: sorry to hear that.
Dudes!!! Early today at around 7:25 morning eastern time, I activated my Enterprise with benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net USING THE VAMT 2.0 Load the tool , your computer will be listed. Select your computer and on the right column select activate then KMS There is no need to change the port or any other options. Select to enter the server name/ip, and then enter benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net There is no need to use anything else other than the VAMT 2.0 I have just activated another install. So the realm is still up and running.
YES That was it! Thank you!! During all this time messing with DNS servers I failed to notice that my clock was an hour off... Activated, finally
The Software Licensing Service reported that the product could not be activated. No Key Management Service (KMS) could be contacted. Please see the Application Event Log for additional information. I can ping to benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net
1- go here (gogo6.com/freenet6/registration) and register (need for gogoClient program) 2- then go here (gogo6.com/profile/gogoCLIENT) and download gogoCLIENT - Basic Version - run in windows 7 compatibility mode to install. 3- run gogoCLIENT and in for Server Address put this: amsterdam.freenet6.net 4- select Connect Using the Following Credentials and enter your User and Pass 5- in Advanced tab select IPv6-in-UDP-IPv4 Tunnel (NAT Traversal) for Tunnel Mode 6- press Apply then press Connect in Basic tab 7- go to Status tab and wait till Tunnel Status shows Connected now if you did everything correct after this command: ping benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net you should see ping time. now you can easily active your windows by below commands (remember you should run CMD as Administrator): 1- slmgr /skms benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net 2- cscript slmgr /ato This worked for me, but i had to change cscript slmgr /ato to cscript slmgr.vbs /ato
just want to let you guys know I am using my isp's ipv6 tunnel. I have Sonic.net. It works like a charm after setting up the tunnel in member's tool page on sonic.net website.
You guys do realize that you can do this merely by enabling teredo (which is built into windows) and you won't have to use any tunneling software. Just do netsh interface ipv6 set teredo enterpriseclient and then activate, you may have to reboot after running that command, or just disable and re-enable your nic.
Or, one could simply use the already preinstalled Command Prompt and not have to download anything else (except maybe a IPv6 tunnel, however I didn't need to do this, and my ISP doesn't provide IPv6)
Use the tool, and insert benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net as the IP address to connect to. If you don't have native IPV6 capabilities, you can tunnel in. Here's how: 1. Visit Gogo6 at gogo6 dot com 2. Register and download their client. 3. Right click on setup file, select properties, go to compatibility tab, select Windows 7 mode and run setup. 4. Connect to tunnel using default anonymous settings. 5. Use the tool, (run as administrator), and insert benderrodriguez-1-pt.tunnel.tserv28.waw1.ipv6.he.net as the IP address to connect to. 6. Activate windows.
Thanks everyone Windows Activated 2 years back, learnt how to activate windows 7 and now windows 8... this will definitely help me make some good money
