the person who has the win8m3 build should compare his win8 iso's md5 with another person's win8m3 iso md5. if they are same we can get to know that they are not traceable. if they are different the person should give the iso to a group of hackers so that they can remove the tracking protection.

Nobody in their right mind would risk a MS paycheck just to show off a leaked build. Since so many places already have these builds it's obvious the traceable hashtags were not real. I've been saying this all along, but everybody just loves to drink the 1337 koolaid.
