Then fresh install might be best option, and a backup with ATM afterwards. Solution i can highly recommend is partition backup with Acronis True Image or similiar .
There is a way to recharge without screw the things up (with Media Center Key). I was reading what happend to antony_blu3 and seems like doing a backup of the activation is not enough, so, there is any solution? Because this does not happend with office 2010.
Office 14 and 15 were activated in different ways. Office 15 uses same way as win 8 itself and activation is stored same place. Easiest way is charging in a VM.
Right now I'm using VM (with win 8 VL + office 2013 VL) for charging, and worked well, unless your real machine uses win 8 VL, then it's okay without VM
I have reconfigured my kms server. Would someone kindly test it for me. Windows, office 2010 & 2013 145683350.no-ip.org Thanks

Windows, office 2010 & 2013 145683350.no-ip.org Confirmed working by EFA11. Will leave up for a while
I thought I read somewhere on MDL that someone did 8-Pro with Office 2013 and used WMS to make their 8 activation permanent and found that their Office 2013 was also activated.
Possibility to activate it by yourself should be enough so far, i guess . To provide a louder laughter, i must explain that i normally use Libre Office .
Hello. So if activation is tied to both Windows 8 and Office 2013, how to do backup and restore properly if I want to clean install in this kind of setup: - Windows 8 Pro x64 WMC license - Office 2013 VL x64 activated via KMSmicro If I use ATM and I would do a clean install of system: Should I restore using the backup files from Windows 8 Pro x64 with WMC license only and then just install Office 2013 VL and activate via KMSmicro again? Or should I restore using the backup files that has both Windows 8 Pro x64 WMC and Office 2013 VL already? Then I just reinstall Office 2013 VL?
