If you already activated win8 with wmc and office 2013 and you save your token then when you reinstall it everyting will be activated. Cheers.
Hi everyone... this is my first post here on MDL, but it's truly a great community, and you're all very helpful... I have one question : I have window 8 Pro WMC 64 bits which is activated online with a key I purchased from Microsoft and I have both ISO files for VL and RETAIL versions of Office 2013 (64 bits)... So it is to my understanding that the retail version cannot be activated on win8, unless I have a genuine key and by phone... and the VL version can be activated using KMSmicro by creating a virtual KMS with a local IP adress. I also learned that Windows 8 and Office 2013 share the same activation files or they store them in the same place or something like that.. so my question is this : will this method mess up my Windows activation ? I've already set up a system image in case something goes wrong, because it would be a shame to lose a genuine windows licence... anyway thank you for your help

hi all I just installed win 8 Enterprise 64 I was at earlier installed the same version + office 2013 and I kept the folder spp activation for reinstall on my new installation. I rename the spp folder in sppnew and I added the old but the activation does not work (maybe because I changed the user name) saw it again I put the folder spp original in place and active with a server I found in the list of active servers. successful activation Then and only then I installed Office 2013 and I run the application and surprise my Office 2013 is already activated without doing anything. Strange I do not understand. If you have answers I'm interested

You forgot to copy the "cd"-command in beginning . Code: cd "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office15"
Using CODYQX4s KMS Client Emulator for testing myself, if no host is reachable, you´ll get error 1722. Code: Runtime reported exception 0x6ba = 1722 In case of server response you´ll get Code: Activation request 1 of 1 sent. Other option is testing in a VM, good to determine wheter it´s a WS12-Host or W8-Host . EDIT: Ping is not an explicit proof for a working KMS-Host.
