Afaik this error occurs when Office Retail is installed.

That's mean i must uninstall this version and download the correct then try again , do you've direct link to download it ? .

But it's recommended to use the volume version or it better to keep the retail version ?

Now i've tried to convert my version to VL , but it's seems that my office version is VL not retail .

Could you please advise with the method to check this version if VL or retail .

All looks like it should. Did you try activation again?

 

Yes many times by 2 methods ( online and KMSmicro v3.10 )

Now i uninstall the office and install it again then try to active ( followed all instruction one by one ) but after all steps

this result is the same still not active as mentioned in below , i don't know what is the problem .



What is your suggestion ?

Any way can i use serial no . for Activating the office ? do you have correct one ?

Also when this version will be expired ? after 30 days ! , if yes , after this i can re-install it for another 30 days ?

Key is correct VL-Key, which should work. But server you tested doesn´t activate Office (winkms....). Did you try with

Big Boss , Finallllly it's active ed now by walkercorps.zapto.org which was not working before .

Tell me the validity time by this server is 180 days also or how much?

thanks, but doesn't seem to do the trick for me. each traceroute fails after ~ 17 hops.
